We do not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except as required by law. Project managers (Fellows) may view student information within the scope necessary for their work.
Personal information is stored with appropriate security measures. 180 days after an account is deactivated, identifying information such as name, email address and company is deleted. Diagnosis results are retained in a non-identifying form for statistics. Billing and transaction records are kept for the retention period required by law.
