Student Registration

Article 1 (Scope) These Terms of Service define the conditions for using the NeuroProfiles Assessment Service (hereinafter "the Service") as a student. Students shall use the Service upon agreeing to these Terms. Article 2 (Account) 1. Students shall register accurate personal information and bear responsibility for managing their account information. 2. Transfer or sharing of accounts with third parties is prohibited. 3. Management of login ID and password is the responsibility of the student. Article 3 (Assessment) 1. Assessments are conducted by participating in projects created by Fellows. 2. Please answer assessment questions honestly. Your responses affect the accuracy of results. 3. Assessment results are for reference purposes only and do not constitute medical or psychological diagnoses. Article 4 (AI Analysis) 1. AI analysis is generated using the Claude API. 2. AI analysis results are for reference purposes only and do not replace professional advice. 3. Please use AI analysis results at your own judgment and responsibility. Article 5 (Handling of Personal Information) 1. We handle personal information appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 2. Assessment results may be viewed by project managers (Fellows) and administrators (CFJ) for business purposes. 3. Information such as name, gender, age, and affiliation is shared with Fellows along with assessment results. Article 6 (Connection Feature) 1. You can share profile information with other students through the connection feature. 2. Compatibility assessments and communication advice are AI-generated reference information. 3. Approval or rejection of connections is at the student's discretion. Article 7 (Credits and AI Features) 1. Some AI features (stress analysis, coaching, etc.) consume credits. 2. Credits are granted upon assessment completion and can also be purchased separately. 3. Refunds for purchased credits are generally not provided. Article 8 (Prohibited Activities) The following activities are prohibited: - Unauthorized access or fraudulent use of accounts - Use of other students' accounts - Commercial use of assessment results (unless separately contracted) - Activities that interfere with the operation of the Service - Registration of false information Article 9 (Withdrawal) 1. Students can deactivate their account from the My Page. 2. After deactivation, personal data is retained for 30 days before deletion. 3. Deleted data cannot be recovered. Article 10 (Changes to Terms) 1. These Terms may be changed without prior notice. 2. Amended Terms take effect upon posting on the Service. 3. After changes to the Terms, you will be asked to agree again at your next login.
